The 2026 Mentorship Program is dedicated to empowering Latina engineers by connecting them with experienced mentors who can offer guidance, support, and inspiration for career growth. Whether you’re looking to elevate your engineering career, expand your network, or give back to the community, this program is for you.

Mentor participant description

  • Looking for Mentees who are aspiring Latina Engineers*
  • Must be 18 years or older to participate in the program
  • This program is a 6-month long commitment – April 2026 to October 2026
  • Mentees must be current Engineering college students or early professionals (less than 2 years of experience)
  • Each mentee is required to meet with their mentor at least once a month
  • Each session will have a suggested structured topic that should be covered to ensure that each mentee will get the most out of their experience in the program
  • Mentees must initiate and continue open communication with Mentor throughout duration of program
  • Looking for Mentors who are Latina Engineers*
  • This program is a 6-month long commitment – April 2026 to October 2026
  • Each mentor will be asked to mentor 1 to 2 mentees (undergraduate students or recent graduates)
  • Each mentor is required to meet with each mentee at least once a month
  • Each session will have a suggested structured topic that should be covered to ensure that each mentee will get the most out of their experience in the program
  • Must have at least 6 months of professional experience
  • All former Mentors are highly encouraged to apply again!
