Our Mission
Since 2020, the Ingeniera Foundation has awarded $32,500 in scholarships towards the education of Latinas in Engineering throughout the nation.
This initiative is a part of our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM fields. We recognize the underrepresentation of Latina women in engineering and believe that by providing financial support, we can help bridge the gap and empower more women to pursue careers in this field.
We hope that our efforts will not only encourage more Latinas to pursue engineering degrees but also inspire other organizations to take similar action towards creating a more equitable and diverse workforce. Our goal is to see more women — especially those from historically marginalized communities — succeed and thrive in STEM fields.
